This site for a web hosting business, is a complex blend of static pages, and php applications, all sharing a common custom style, and seamlessly integrated to function as a complete whole. The site has an on-line payment processing capability, and a multi-featured customer support area. The navigation is designed to provide direct access to all key areas of the site in a logical manner, while using minimal space.
The payment processing uses secure layer communication for all customer data. Access to the support areas are access controlled, and use a content management system to allow several different types of support documentation, and downloads. A separate client support system provides access to billing information, account data, and a help desk.

The Main Page
The site style uses simple, stylish graphics, combined with complementary text colors, and highlights. This was done to simplify integrating the site style into the applications, providing the basis for their seamless integration with the rest of the site.
Navigation is provided by the menu bar at the top, and two sets of text links at the bottom. The menu bar provides primary navigation to site pages, and sections. The upper row of text links provides direct navigation to key pages, the lower to legal documents.

Plan Comparison Page
This page uses a table to provide a side by side comparison of the web hosting packages, with features grouped into sections by function. Order links, and pricing are provided at the top and bottom for convenience. Using an order link takes them to on-line ordering, and secure payment processing system. This is provided by a specialized php application, customized to use the site style and navigation. Order, and payment confirmation e-mails are automatically sent to the customer, and to the site staff. A text message is also sent to site staff via their mobile phones.

The FAQ Section
The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) application opens in a separate window. It is fully accessible to all site visitors, provides an easy to navigate internal structure, a search function, and the ability for users to ask new questions. The application was customized to use the variation of the site style, and standard site navigation. The area specific style variant is used to provide a tie to the overall style, while giving this area a separate identity. A bread crumb navigation feature show your current location within the FAQ hierarchy.

Help Desk And Billing
This application opens in a separate window, and requires user log in to access. A custom theme was created to provide it’s integration with the site style. The application provides customers direct access to the account information, billing information, and a help desk ticket creation and tracking system. The client info tab allows customers to view, or edit the account information, domains, and their welcome e-mail(s). The billing tab allows them to view invoices, both paid and pending. The support tab provides access to all submitted support tickets, or open a new ticket. Tickets can be sorted by type.

The Documentation Area
This area uses a content management system to provide log in access for customers to user guides, help manuals, and file downloads. This area opens in a separate window. The application uses a custom style, based on the site style, and has been configured to provide members with easy access to all content.

The Contact Page
This page provides a fax number, three mailto links, one for each primary department, and a built in inquiry form. The form features a drop down menu for selecting the department to send the request to, and an extra large text area to enter your message.
